Is Reiki Right forYou?
Maybe you’ve heard of Reiki but aren’t quite sure what it is. Maybe you’re considering it but don’t know if it’s the right fit. Perhaps your doctor has even suggested Reiki as a complementary therapy to support your medical treatments.

Or maybe you’re simply curious—Is Reiki for real?
It’s a valid question. One I had myself.
A simple explanation that most can relate to: Reiki is most likened to being a cross between acupuncture (without needles) and a massage where you remain clothed on a massage table (no shoes).
Reiki is the fastest ways to raise your vibration, promoting healing and balance across your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Ready to experience it for yourself? Let’s begin your healing journey.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that involves the gentle laying of hands to promote balance and well-being. The term Reiki originates from two Japanese words, Rei and Ki, which together translate to "life force energy guided by Source."
During a Reiki session, your life force energy is replenished, raising your personal vibration (or frequency).Similar to acupuncture—but without the needles—Reiki stimulates the body's natural healing processes, supporting both physical and emotional wellness.

Your session will begin on a massage table with an assessment of your seven chakras. These insights help tailor the experience to your unique needs.

Once the chakra assessment is complete, the Reiki healing begins. Guided by intuition and experience, the Reiki Master creates a space for deep healing on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Embodied Reiki
An Embodied™ Reiki Session is similar to a traditional Reiki session in that you will receive a hands on experience with light-gentle healing touch. However, it is different in that Embodied™ Reiki serves more of an active role for the client and the practitioner.
Traditional Reiki is about raising someone’s vibration for momentary relief/healing; Embodied™ Reiki is about raising someone’s set-point for lasting healing. It’s the next level of healing because it offers more than a temporary fix. Embodied™ Reiki uses tools and techniques to bridge the gap between where the client currently is and where they wish to be in all three of the following areas.

From Love to Fear
From Judgment to Allowance
From Resistance to Embrace

Animal Reiki
Animal Reiki is a holistic healing practice that involves channeling universal life energy to support the well-being of animals. Rooted in the traditional Japanese Reiki system, this technique is non-invasive and gentle, aiming to balance an animal’s physical, emotional, and energetic state.

Practitioners use their hands, either placed lightly on or near the animal’s body, to facilitate energy flow and promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall healing. Animal Reiki can benefit pets, farm animals, and even wildlife by reducing anxiety, easing pain, supporting recovery from illness or surgery, and deepening the bond between animals and their caregivers.

Because animals are highly intuitive, they often respond well to Reiki, guiding the session by moving closer, shifting positions, or even walking away when they have received enough energy. Sessions can be conducted in person or from a distance, making it a versatile and accessible healing method.
Reiki is a special adaptation to the traditional Reiki practice specifically for pets and other animals. It can offer pain and stress reduction techniques, with both a heart-centered and hands-on approach.

**Animal Reiki is currently scheduled off-site and as such may incur additional fees.
